This Privacy Policy describes how Cinamate Corporation (“Cinamate,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, discloses, and protects personal information in connection with our websites, applications, and related services (collectively, the “Services”).

We are an Ontario corporation. We design our practices to comply with the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and applicable provincial privacy laws. If we offer Services to individuals in other jurisdictions, additional rights may apply and will be honoured as required by law.

Cross-border transfers

Retention

We retain personal information only as long as needed for the purposes described in this Policy, to provide the Services, and to meet legal, accounting, and security requirements. When no longer required, we delete or de-identify it in accordance with our retention schedule.

Security

We implement administrative, technical, and physical safeguards appropriate to the sensitivity of the information. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure. Report suspected vulnerabilities or incidents to security@cinamate.com.

Your rights

Subject to applicable law, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, and you may withdraw consent where consent is the basis for processing (without affecting prior lawful processing). To exercise rights, email privacy@cinamate.com. We may need to verify your identity. You may also complain to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada or your provincial commissioner.

Children

The Services are not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe we have, contact privacy@cinamate.com.

We use cookies and similar technologies for essential operation, preferences, analytics, and security. You can control cookies through your browser; disabling some cookies may affect the Services.
