Build department lists, record real quotes and actuals, and protect continuity evidence.
Rebuild and curate props
Choose Rebuild from script to scan the Studio screenplay, then + Add prop for misses. The scan uses a fixed term list and reads dialogue as well as action, so it can miss unusual objects and include objects only mentioned. Rebuild replaces automatically detected rows and edits while preserving manual rows.
Replace planning prices with real quotes
Set quantity, category, rental weeks, shoot days, rent-or-buy plan, hero or period flags, quoted price, and size in feet. Category estimates are planning formulas, not supplier quotes. Use the size preview and → Set to place the object on the active set plan.
Build a quote request
Find prop houses by city or use Advisor location, then confirm every listing and number directly. The quote request includes production, dates, area, quantities, categories, and rent-or-buy intent. Copy the request for long lists because the email handoff shortens very long bodies.
Create the costume plot
In Wardrobe, Seed characters from script or add a look manually. A look belongs to a character, scenes, sizes, notes, and pieces. Record estimate and actual separately. Review A-scenes after using character chips because older numeric suggestions can collapse 4A into 4.
Resolve story-day uncertainty
Wardrobe derives story days from screenplay cues and labels uncertain boundaries. Walk the list with the script supervisor, then pin a scene where needed. Clear all overrides removes every hand-set decision at once and cannot be undone.
Protect continuity media
Attach fitting and continuity photographs to the correct look and review changes, matches, quick changes, and estimated doubles. Current project backups include supported referenced wardrobe and prop images; the media report is the authority on what travelled. Keep originals separately and back up before deleting a look, photo, or orphaned media.
