Start a production and navigate the suite

Sign in to the private studio

Open the CINAMATE sign-in page and use the production access provided by your studio administrator. A successful sign-in opens the suite. If a saved room redirects you to sign-in, complete sign-in again and CINAMATE returns to the requested path. Sessions expire, so a page that suddenly stops saving should be reloaded before work continues.

1. Enter the login and password issued by your studio administrator.
2. Choose Enter the studio.
3. If you were sent back from a room, confirm that the original room opens after sign-in.

Complete the First AD intake

Abby is the First AD chat agent for CINAMATE. A new workspace begins with a progressive conversation with Abby. Production name and production format are required. Phase, source materials, location, currency, schedule, and budget may be left as I don’t know yet. Those open answers are saved and do not block the suite.

1. Give the production a working name.
2. Choose or type its format.
3. Answer the remaining prompts with what is known, or leave them open.
4. Use Edit setup later when a fact changes.

Talk to Abby, your First AD

After intake, Abby can read current production rooms and point to the next relevant task. Use Open Writer to begin source material, or ask for a fact such as the current budget or schedule state. Advice depends on the data already recorded; open the linked room and verify the underlying record before committing work.

Move between rooms

The suite groups work into Develop, Prep, Shoot, Post, Release, and Always. The shared navigation also keeps First AD available beside individual rooms. Use Projects for production switching and Workflow for the cross-room status view.

Protect work saved in the browser

Most production edits are saved in the browser first. Clearing site data can remove unsynced work. Before moving machines, restoring a backup, or clearing browser data, open Projects and export a production backup.
