Use derived stage status, prep actions, and the generation board to identify the next verified task.
Read the seven stages
Workflow derives Develop, Breakdown, Budget, Schedule, Generate, Review, and Deliver from records in the production rooms. There is no manual completion box. The percentage counts completed stages equally, so use the Next up line for the first unresolved stage and open its linked room to inspect the evidence.
Understand what completion means
Develop needs screenplay or Writer scene material. Breakdown needs Studio clips. Budget needs a non-zero top sheet. Schedule needs at least one strip assigned to a day. Generate needs rendered video on every clip. Review needs every clip approved. Deliver needs captions, credits, press-kit status, and a recorded final export. A later stage can contain work while an earlier stage remains Next up.
Use Advisor recommendations carefully
The Advisor ranks prep gaps, suggests jurisdictions, and proposes staffing from the script, budget, and current registers. Model this jurisdiction and Seed these as open positions change production records and do not carry an undo on Workflow. Incentive terms and crew-market assumptions are planning inputs that must be verified by the relevant professional.
Refresh stale status
Workflow updates when another tab changes browser storage and when you return to the page. If work completed in the same tab does not appear, leave the room and return or reload. A generation connection badge checks reachability only; it does not prove a render or advice request will succeed.
